Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to your below booked toumate house boat , kindly note that no house boat was provided to me on the date due to technical reason as told by your vendor. I have faced a lot of inconvenience & my trip was actually spoiled by negligence/mismanagement from your end. I have been contacting Miss Neha but she is not responding, i have called up a number of times to your customer care for call back but no one has responded back. I talked to My. Sanjay & Ms Sonia in complaints section also but they also have not responded back to me uptill now. This is definately not acceptable on part of make my trip, first of all package was not crafted properly then mismanagement at your vendors end plus no proper response from make my trip has actaully spoiled my trip..
I am enclosing tourmate paper with endorsement from your vendor for refund and i am enclosing hotel bills where i had to stay due to non availability of houseboat.
Kindly tell by when i will get my refund for houseboat & hotel expense from make my trip or i have to go to consumer court and get my refund from there.
Kindly give contact number & email id of concerned person who is looking after this case.
