My Refund amount has not been credited to my Account. It was to be credited on the 15th of September 2010. Today is the 26th of September.
My Customer ID for the Ticket was NR251291745308.
If the Amount will not be credited to the account, I will be approaching a Consumer Court for redressal of my Grievances.
I expect the case to be closed positively by EOD.
