I have done a cancellation of my Train Ticket on 11th March 2011, but I did not get my refund till now.

Can you look into this issue and refund my amount as soon as possible.
I called to customer care but no proper response, they keep on postponing the date of refund without proper reason.

I got a mail from Vishal (A member from Make my trip) on 29th March that the amount will be credited within 3-4 days. Now you are saying it will done in 4-5 days. Which one should i take?
Please confirm the exact date on which i can check my bank account for refund.
I do not want to check my account balance everyday.

Make my trip team.

I have cancelled a flight ticket on 22nd of March 2011. All the details are mentioned below. I was supposed to get my refund by 29th but havent got any till date. I called the customer care and they say they need 5 more working days.Look into the matter and make things happen quickly.
