    Angry Make my trip you have screwed my trip......

    Anyone from make my trip please take notice of multiple complaint against your company......what kind of company r u ppl running ??

    I booked a rail ticket on 26/6/2010 which consequently got cancelled due to makemytrip system error. the site prompted that i will receive my refund of Rs.1707 within 7 days.
    On 30th i got the message from makemytrip that my refund has been processed.
    i'm checking consistently from 14 days and i haven't received a single penny from makemytrip.
    I had a talk with customer support people and they required my bank statement. Immediately i sent my bank statement to them from that time onwards i haven't got any mail regarding refund and various times they have transferred me to different customer support executives.
    I am a regular traveller and this is the worst experience i have had.
    Make my trip beware you are loosing your customer very fast.

    Anyone from makemytrip please take notice of this :-

    Finally my refund is coming in two days.
    Thank you makemytrip for quick reply.
    To all the readers i want to say what i came to know so far by my experiences that actually most of the time in online transaction mostly through debit cards there are problems in receiving refunds. In credit cards system its quite recieve refund in your account.

    *quite easy through credit card system.

    I guess i have to correspond with every other complainant on this forum that there is a genuine fault in makemytrip's services regarding refund coz despite sending my bank statement twice i haven't got my refund. And please makemytrip don't provide reference no. for refunds as bank didn't accept that. You have to provide transaction details of refund to your customer rather thn RRN it's a common sense. This showcase your loose customer service.
    I'm asked to send my bank statement third time today.
    I'm really pissed off with this now.

    @ makemytrip : your business has various faults. Customer satisfaction is least.

    @ Admin : Kindly build pressure on makemytrip as this is kinda regular complaint.

    I'm still waiting for my refund....

    Dn't know when i'm goin to get my refund but have to share 1 thing.....
    After searching on the net i found various complaints against makemytrip regarding not getting refunds and ticket faults..I must say this Mr. Deep Kalra you should shut down your business or act properly.

    @ Admin : Makemytrip business is a big flop. A customer can't talk to any person responsible for tickets or refunds various times i calld and got the same response from customer care that "we are not authorize to transfer calls to person incharge"

    I'm sure there business will get a serious blow soon.

    Default Claim for refund of the payment with regards to the woeful service provided by makemy

    I wanted to share the services provioded by makemytrip and esaycabs .

    I had to go to a business trip to Hyderabad and return to Delhi the same day.

    So, I booked the aire tickets from Delhi To Hyderabad and from Hyderabad to Delhi
    and also the cabs through makemy trip.

    I wanted to detail out the services that were provided . This is is my booking number NF25139188628

    My Kingfisgher flight was cheduled to depart from Delhi at 9 :20 in the morning. So, I had opted for
    the cab to come at 7:20 at my place .

    At 5:50 in the morning I get the message that for booking Id 081000056 this is theCar no : 6498 Diver mobile number :
    9212156498.

    When I called the diver at 7:00 a.m. in the morning , the driver's phone was switched off. I then called the customer care executive
    and it took the customer care executive 30 minutes to tell me that that they were unable to locate the driver.

    Then somehow, a new cab was arranged for me with booking Id : 081001334 Car No : 6240 and driver number : 9213883012
    and that message came to me at 7:32 a.m. in the morning , 12 minutes after my original time of departure from my sector-19, noida
    address to airport pickup.

    In between I had to call driver 5-6 times and I was on call with the customer care for 40 minutes .
    Finally, the cab arrived at 8:05 a.m. in the morning (45 minutes late ).

    Due to all this , I missed important luggage which I had to carry alongwith.

    After that , when I reached Hyderabad airport at 11:35 in the morning, I was told that there was no Indica available .
    I had already made the payment for Indica while booking my journey to and fro.

    At 12:07 p.m. in the eveining I get the message that cab 0638 with driver cell number : 9705029376 has been booked
    for me, but this is a logan car and for that I have to pay 150 rupees extra to the driver. I started from airport at about 12:30 in the
    afternoon and had to wait about 45 minutes as well there in the airport due to which I reached the business place 45 minutes late.

    Also, in the evening when coming from Hyderabad Madhapur City to Airport , I again got the call that there is no Indica available and
    I would have to pay 150 rupees extra to the driver with cab 0631 and cell 9642440965.

    Due to all these mismanaged trips , I was unable to spend the minimum time in my business trip and also was unable to complete the
    things that I wanted as a lot of time was wasted at the Hyderabad airport. Also, due to all the hassles in the morning, in hurry , I forgot
    to take all; the necessary luggage to the airport.

    Due to all this, I have to again go to Hyderabad again as I have some tasks still unfinished and I would have to bear all the
    expenses again .

    So, I am very unfortunate that I used mmakemytrip to plan my travel .

    You can refer to request number as I have to everytime call center people to arrabge a cab for me.

    Default Amount paid but didn't get ticket..

    hi....
    i m a student at NIt trichy.I got this problem when I was a booking a ticket for my holidays back to home.My mode of payment was online banking.I was directed to the page of online SBI where I paid the money to make my trip and got the confirmation message on the sbi site as well as my cell phone.But when I was redirected to the makemytrip web page ,instead of getting a payment confirmation and my booking ID I got a message that my session has expired. So I was left with nothing but to regret my mistake of using make my trip.

    I then thought these things happen in online payment and mailed the my problem.I got a reply.they gave me my querry refrence no.I mailed them again and they told they will checl my problem and have alresdy the raised the same problem in front of their finance team.They also aked the bank statement.

    I mailed them my bank staement and also asked them for a customer care executive number so that I dont have to listen to a computerised voice service.Till then I haven't recieved any message from makemytrip.

    Guys help me out.I m particularly new to all this.I think most of the complaints i read on Internet said a common thing that makemytrip is loosing their customers very quickly and I completely agree to this.


    I was booking a flight from Banglore to lucknow 6E-341
    My sbi Ref no. for makemytrip transaction is IG30143670.
    My refrence ID given by maketrip for the querry is 101002-011310
    My sbi account is 00000030204576150 and amount aid was 4634 INR.

    Also can anyone give me a cutomer care executive's number?
