On 7.11.2011 I book hotel accommodation at Mahabaleshwar Hoitel Cliff Inn Resorts, Near Sydney Point Panchghani with Check in date 30.12.2011 and check out 1.1.2012 for Rs 6951.00 with ID NO -NH251831583324. I paid the amount on cash receipt of the confirmation.On 19.11.2011 I attending on a meeting somebody call from makemy trip and he said the booking is not confirmed and we arrange another hotel( hotel Ashish) for you that I said you send the details first. I check the hotel details I shock that is not a good hotel and send a mail to makemy trip. Now they send a mail they were not change the hotel. I attached the mail received me
