I attempted to book a ticket from Mumbai to Bhopal on 20th September on makemytrip with the following details:

This ticket could not be booked due to some issue with the website but the money was debited from my account .

On speaking with citibank payment gateway they have provided the following reference nos for this transaction:

trace no: 002221 and 002240
transaction no: 5601194593091009.

I have been followingup with makemy trip since last 2 months but there is no response. They are neither giving the money nor responding to my emails or phone calls.

The reference id is IN 1010B03628

I have spoken to multiple agents by the names of Ankit Jain/Anshul/Sankhya/shanky handa but there is no positive response.
