    Default makemytrip

    Hi,

    I had booked bus ticket from Ajmer to Delhi on 28th Dec 2011 but the transaction failed and amount INR 918 has been deducted from my CITIBANK account. In spite of calling repeatedly yo customer care I didnt get back my amount. Details are as mentioned below:

    Please do the needful ASAP

    Makemytrip is online thief....heard of similar bad experiences from many people.
    Please people dont use makemytrip to book your tickets. They will just give
    you excuses like we didnt receive your money. They are robbers...people beaware

    I didnt get any call from your so called customer care executive.
    Do let me know you thieves are you going to give me back my money?
    When will your 72 hrs get complete kindly do let me know and if its completed
    then give me back my money robbers?

    Default Complaint against Make-My-Trip

    Sir,
    I have booked a air ticket online through Make-My-Trip . Com for Delhi-Guwhati-Delhi vide booking ID No: IN1111B08509 booking date Tue. 15 Nov.’11’ and have made the payment through Card.
    They have issued me E-Ticket of Air India Flight No:AI-889 from Delhi to Guwhati departure Delhi on Sat.17 Dec’11’at 07:10 Airline PNR ( YMKFY ) and Status Confirmed and return ticket of Air India Flight No:AI-9612 from Guwhati to Delhi on Fri.Dec’11’at ( 19:20 )Airline PNR (YMKFY ) and status Confirmed a copy of which is attached herewith.
    On reaching Airport , I was told by Airlines that my ticket has not been confirmed ,immediately I made a call to Make-My-trip.com’s office at 06:40 A.M and they told me that there might be some confusion so now you please purchase another ticket from airport if available and continue your journey, but unfortunately there is no ticket available at that time and I have to come back and due to that I face a huge financial loss as I am going there to sign a warehousing agreement with my client ,who has allotted the contract to some other party because I have not reported there on time to sign the agreement due to the negligence of Make-My –Trip .Com.
    Now I have asked so many times to Make-my-Trip.Com to book my ticket for Delhi-Guwhati-Delhi against old payment with new schedule but they are not ready because of fare difference and repeatedly asking me to take refund of my ticket which is not acceptable to me.
    I told them I have faced a huge loss if calculated in comparison to yours (Fare difference) but they have not ready to book my ticket.
    Now I request your lordship to provide me justice as I have faced approx.500000/- loss which include Loss of contract, Mental agony, Usp-Dn Taxi fare upto Airport in early hours of Dec. cold.

    Question makemytrip debited amount from my account but no ticket information

    Dear Makemytrip,

    I booked today on 5th Feb 2012 two return Ticket on Delhi-Patna sector. Travel dated 8th April and 30th April 2012. Flight booked being Go air.

    Passengers name as 1) Ekta 2) Saanvi Choudhary.

    To my utter surprise total INR 10958 has been debited from my account immediately and I did not get even Booking ID.If there was site problem then at least amount should not have been debited.

    I have written mails to service department but no solution. I called many times from my paid ISD connection to call centre but its like calling aliens on Mars.

    I demand my tickets being sent to my mail id given below and a compensation of 100% additional of ticket fare and this compensation I will ensure to grow with every day. These mateers here put are for records so that on later date we can testify with record.

    Its not a matter of money but matter of embarrasment.

    Default Booking amount deducted from account but not received Air e-ticked

    I booked my Air ticket (Delhi to Kolkata and Back) but i not received the ticket amount, Rs. 11900/ deducted from my account, i try to contact by phone but i not received any response from your customer care so many time i try to contact but not received any responce from customer care. please do the needful as soon as possible so i can doing needful for my trip.
    Detial of booking as follow:
