The above company has deducted twice (Double Transaction) from my bank account.
Ticket was purchased on 12.03.10. Booking ID: 000010658580. Several Complaints have been done. Complaint nos. given by them are as follows:

2. 100930009405
3. 101004003885
4. 101011013224

With reference to your post, we have checked our records for Booking ID FLT000010658580 and found that the refund for the same has been procesed for an amount INR 4379.00.

For the Booking ID FLT000010588782, the transaction was unsuccessful on our website and the amount of INR4379.00 has been charged/blocked by your bank and the same will be auto-reversed in to your SBI account as per the bank's process.
