i booked a air ticket on 18 Aug through Make my trip in Spice jet,from kolkata to Bagdogra and a return ticket from Bagdogra to Kolkata in Kingfisher airlines on a singe booking ID NF2525348241 generated by Make my trip services.on 07 of Oct i called to one of the customer executive for cancellation of two members from five those were travelling both ways. The charges for cancelling is 750/ticket according to the air reservation rules and 250 towards make my trip charges in Spice Jet , so per ticket Make my trip charges amount to 1000., which states that for two persons the amount comes to 2000,but in case of Kingfisher ,cancelling charges are 650 and 250 towards Make my trip, so the total amount comes to 850,which states that for two persons the amount is 1700,Therefore 1700+2000=3700 the actual amount to be deducted , where as a amount of Rs 4584 has been deducted as cancellation charges.it is quite obvious time and again calling upon the customer service has gone vain which forced me to knock door of the law ,pls take necessary action against such firm those harass the innocent pubic.
