I had booked for holiday package in Goa with total cost of Rs.11478.Now i need to cancel the booking for which as per their cancellation policy I should get 70% money back which was true according to their booking confirmation mail sent to me.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation done less than twenty four hours prior to the departure date, charges are hundred percent of the package cost
In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
However these people are now refusing to refund the amount.they say it is nonrefundable.please guide me regarding the issue. I m enclosing the other day mail sent by them which says amount is nonrefundable.
