My Makemytrip booking-ID is NF25132106942 (Booked return flight on Oct-8th, 2010). I booked for 1 adult, 1 child and 1 infact return flights from Bangalore to Ahmedabad (and return). Everything went fine with booking; confirmed the entire transaction etc. Later, when I received the e-ticket next day, to my surprise, it missed 1 infact in it (both in to and fro journeys). I immediately called makemytrip and they acknowledge the mistake from their end and promised me to rectify it within 4 hours.
Probably as expected, no email/call from makemytrip for next couple of days, so I called them again and they repeated the same thing, but managed to forward me e-ticket from Go-Air (the flight which I booked) to me ... but here is a new surprise: in the e-ticket he forwards from Go-Air, to flight has all three passengers listed fine (1 adult, 1 child and 1 infant), but no return ticket at all. So I again called them asking the reason, now there are two issues: 1) makemytrip's booking ID (on their website) still shows 2 passengers (missing infant in it), but it confirms both to and fro flights here. 2) Go-Air (on their website), when provided the PNR/Confirmation number, shows only 1 way flight, but has all three passengers in it.
Today it is 7 or 8th call I made, and I keep getting same promises that "Sir, I've escalated this to upper management (sent high priority email to them) and you should receive a call back in next 4 hours as well as e-ticket with all issues fixed in it". When I asked what to do if I do not receive any calls from Makemytrip (as till now only I keep calling them, not a single call from them despite so many follow ups) ? I keep getting assurance, sir you will definitely get a call ... I just find myself looted by these cheaters; do anyone has any suggestion or advice on how to deal with this frauds ? I searched the google and found this forum; hoping to be of some help ...
