Myself and my wife both senior citizens joined the tour known as HongKong and Macau from 24.9.11 to 30.11.2011. We paid Rs.20,000 extra to stay in VenetianResort in Macau withBreakfast and Dinner. However, no dinner was served to us as the Hotel authorities said that they have no instructions. The guide was missing all the way. The sightseeing of Macau was cancelled without giving any notice to us. No lunch or dinner was served on 30.9.11. I lost my bag at the time of arriving in Hongkong and there was no body to receive the complaint. When I informed the Guide, he said that MakeMy trip will make the compensation in INdia. I lodged a strong complaint with Makemy trip but no response. They are deaf and dumb on the subject. I strongly belive that immediate action should be taken against such travel against who not only betry the senior citizens but also deprive the committments for which we had paid.
