    Angry Makemytrip india Refund Issue Booking ID - NF252358927121

    Hi,
    I raised a concern about money refund on cancellation with make my trip somewhere in mid of august. All the trips that is book is through MakeMyTrip and with my kind of work cancellation happens.
    I had booked a connecting flight from Bangalore to Lucknow via Delhi.

    I missed my jetlite flight from Bangalore to Delhi. But took another flight to Delhi and did the rest of the journey as according to original plan.

    According to JetAirways personnel I was suppose to get all taxes refunded after deducting agent fees.
    MakeMyTrip personnel sent me a mail of a refund of mere 536 bucks.

    I checked with Jetairways and got the response stating total refund will be 2786 – agent fees. It should be 2536/- according to MakeMyTrip norms.

    When I mailed back with the concern over this issue - MMT(Makemytrip) personnel called asking to get a scanned copy of written confirmation of the same from Airport office of Jetairways. Well I travelled to 55km far airport to get the sealed signed copy of letter and mailed it to MMT. The letter clearly states the amount I am suppose to get back.

    1.5 months they hanged me with :: we ensure to get back to you within 72 working hours to share the status with you. Well never ever they got back with in 72 hrs but only when I asked them for an update.

    Finally I got a mail stating :
    we confirmed with our concerned department, we have completed your cancellation request and would be refunding the amount within 5 working days
    Booking ID: NF252358927121
    Refund Amount: INR 536

    Twice I asked them to give me a call and explain me the issue they are facing with the refund - Deaf Ears they are.

    This is so stupid. Even after getting them the required letter and forwarding them the letter from JetAirways and waiting so long I am back to same state. Worst service I have seen till date. Please help me.
