This is srinivas. i was book at ticket bangalore to hyderabad month of July,2nd. actually i got conformation for ticket booking but in form they give contact phone no is wrong that's reason i am miss the bus next i am talking with customer care here also they told me go there and book new book but they don't responsible for ticket. can u help what i am doing i am take any legal action on travel agent. can u help me.
