    Thumbs down Makemytrip - worst website and customercare - PLEASE avoid

    I booked from Coimbatore to Raipur. Booking id is : NF25140117​91010.
    He issue here is one of the section (CBJ-HYD) failed and was told in the website that they will call me in 6 hours. I am now trying to reach the customer care for past 24 hours but there is no use. The automated response gets disconnected everytime.
    I am living in Dallas and despite asking for a direct number, makemytrip didnt helped out.
    Their customer care is horrible so as the website.
    PLEASE AVOID USING MAKEMYTRIP.

    I have posted this my many blogs and sent mails to friends to avoid makemytrip.

    No one from your customer care ever called me. I called your customer care over 100 times and finally got the ticket confirmed.Your automated system never takes the customers to any representative if the booking is already done.
    I have to select 'New bookings' and could reach a representative and that too struggled hard explaining the problem and every kept on passing the buck to someone else.
    So pathetic response and customer care from makemytrip!!

    Thumbs down Finally got tickets

    Sorry Makemytrip. No one EVER called me. My brother who is in India was able to reach direct sales representative and finally got the confirmation.
    My question to you:

    Why you charge CC when the reservation failed?
    Why you dont have a direct contact number (without all the blah blah messages) so that customers can speak to ur representatives and fix the issue rather than coming to you thru these forums?

    Anyhow, this was the horrible experience and I would think 100 times before booking flight/hotel thru MMT.com
