I have booked ticket from sarai kale khan time 7.00pm to jhansi in bus no.UP75 D9275
Seat no.-7&8, but bus stopped thrre-four time one 1.30hrs aprox on each sttops,
In gwalior bus shifted to another bus without any reason and bus staff behaviour was very rough w.r.t. passanger, the seat no.s also being changes.
the bus taken more time than commited, due to it we all are suffered very much.

please take needfull action in this regard...
