Neeta travels is the most disgusting travel operator..I had booked a ticket to travel from Mumbai to Lonavla on 24th october 2011 via the 6pm bus that starts from Borivali.My boarding point was from Vile Parle east.However that bus was running late by nearly an hour.So the person operating from Vile Parle east then adjusted me to an earlier bus which left from Borivali at 5.30pm.

The bus number was MH-04-G-4382.
This bus was running quite empty and it stopped at almost every nook and corner to fill the bus with people who were not having any prior booking.

The end stop for the bus was Pune.Now as per the Head office communication as well as the dropping points mentioned on neeta travels website ,it mentions that the bus dropping point in lonavla is at the neeta bus stand next to neeta hotel.

However this driver dropped 3 passengers on the Expressway of Khandala at 10.30 pm .When questioned why he is not dropping as per the official drop, he said he will not go there and he will go straght to PUNE.

WHAT KIND OF A SERVICE IS THIS....THIS CAUSED HARRASMENT ONE DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT REACHED 2 HOURS LATE AND SECONDLY IT DROPPED AT A PLACE WHICH WAS NOT THE DROPPING POINT.

THIS HAS CAUSED MENTAL HARASSMENT TO ME.AND I CLAIM TOTAL REFUND OF THE TICKET AMOUNT
ALSO I AM POSTING A BLOG REQURESTING ALL TRAVELLERS NOT TO TRAVEL EVER BY NEETA
