Hi All,

This is about a bad experience that I experienced yesterday night and things cannot be worse than this for a travels company - Neeta tours and travels neetabus.in. I booked 2 ticket;s online thru redbus.in from Hyderabad to Pune and was carrying e-ticket, photo ID and SMS. Bus was scheduled at 10:50 pm from Miyapur but it reported at 12 midnight. Once the bus has come, conductor tried to convince me that he had to give the tickets to someone else and assured me that he will give me a seat for the first bus next day. When I said I am with family, and didn't agree for what he said, and warned him that I would compain against him,he turned rude and started saying they can get away with me by saying that I didn't carry a printout of e-ticket.

This is the heights how people can get just for a couple of thousand rupees which he might have gained by boarding othe rpeople for my tickets. Conductor's number is 9949095252 and his boss number is 9347262651. And here are my ticket details. Can someone help me out in sueing this company in consumer court.

Yesterday 21/07/2010 I was travelling between Mumbai Sion to Hydrerabad by your service TKT NO Mumbai Hyderabad-MH-1 Seat-A the agent of yours has charged me Rs 900/- saying it is an front seat and Iam very unhappy by the attitude of your staff members they gave the blanket which is a soiled on used by many no bottle of Bisleri etc and it was like an any ordinary bus from the place I board into the bus every stop the bus will stop and they will take the passenger like BEST local bus till I came to zaheerabad in AP they driver was just bargaining with the passenger for more money if this is the attitude of Neeta Travels then we will publish in local News paper and all the Local & National TV news channel
please take action on the staff who are involved in this act and specially the Agent M/s Shiva Travels Shop#5 BMC Chawl Road no=1 Sion (W) Mumbai

I booked a ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai by NEETA travels (neetabus.in) for 6:30 pm bus on 9th January 9, 2011. The Scheduled bus was cancelled and I was asked to come to my stop at 4:30 pm (Preponed). Also I was told (On phone 040-66748487) that the original bus (Volvo Bus) will come direct to the stop, as I did not want my aged mother to carry the luggage and keep changing the bus. But as against want was promised they got the small bus that too I had to wait for 1.5 hrs on the road, as NEETA travels do not have any office at lakdi-ka-pul.
And when you complain this to the conductor (Imran, 09246243588) of the bus he says “don’t board this bus we have enough passenger” that too in an unpolished & rash manner.

The option given on the website of three busses for Hyderabad to Mumbai is false. And the passenger treatment is worst.

Please don’t use NEETA travel…..A BIG NO..OOOOO……

very bad service provided by the neeta travels. condition of the bus is very bad gutkha packets , spitting in corners lot of bad smell coming from e7 mh04 g 4372. bus . after 60 km journey from ahamdabad bus fired. you peoples take 1600 rs tickets and flight ticket is 2800 rs. but what cheap service giving with wasting of 3 hours by Neeta travels.

what is the use by complaining.No one going to help us the tourist ministers pockets are filled.dont waste ur time .these idiots are not gonna do anything.if this consumer forum court exists then we will not have any problem.but this is a selfish country .nothing is going to happen.adjust to the fact 1.soiled blankets,2.contaminated water,rude service dirty bus,and affcourse the dirty hotels they stop at

I had booked a ticket in NEETA Travels through Redbus for the travel date 15th Aug atleast a month before my travel for Rs 700. But on the day of travel, after the bus reached the boarding point i was not allowed to board the bus.When i inquired for the reason I was told that the ticket cost has been increased and i have to pay Rs 1000/- as a difference amount for the travel. I did not agree for this and the staff got rude and did not allow me to board the bus. There was no pre-intimation from the bus authorities nor the Redbus. The saff are very rude and the Bus is very uncomfortable .There was no blanket and when i asked them for one the reply was " you would feel hot later in the journey so you would not require a blanket.Thats the reason the blanket is not provided to you." The whole journey was a horrible experience.

I request to please take action on people like them and please provide a encourage the ones who give a better value for our money.

I had booked a ticket on Neetu travels from Pune to bangalore as they stated the bus will reach the destination on time. As there was scheduled meeting which i had to attend in the morning at 6am, booked the night bus. But later the bus did not start at the scheduled time and the reason which they gave was PUNCTURE. The bus was suppose to start at 3:00pm in pune, but it actually started at 4:30pm. stil they said time will be kept and the destination will be reached on time. Hoping for the best, borded the bus , but the bus reached the destination at 8AM which very sad, and asked about the time, they said it is not listed in the ticket. They are no responsible, being a good company, this is not the way they need to respond, should act responsible, could have arranged for a replacement bus.....

This is about a bad experience while travelling by Neeta travels from Shirdi to Mumbai on 27.08.2011. I had booked 2 tickets thru Pratiksha Travel agency, Bhayandar East, from Shirdi to Mumbai.

Since it was monsoon we opted for Neeta Travels for a peaceful and smooth journey but on the contrary the journey turned out to be a nightmare. It was rainy day and to our horror the condition of the bus was horrible, there was water everywhere, on the seats, in the loft up where the luggage is kept, in the passage everywhere. On asking the attendant about the poor maintenance of the bus we were told very rudely that it was due to the negligence of the owner of the bus.

Whole night we were forced to sit on wet seats. To add to our woes, their was some technical fault or
wierd behaviour of the driver (we were not told the exact reason), we were delayed by 2-3 hours, the scheduled time to reach mumbai was around 0100 a.m. but we reached at a very odd hour i.e. 0300 a.m.

This is the height when people go for religious purpose and are made to suffer by A VERY KNOWN TRAVEL COMPANY LIKE NEETA TRAVELS.

WILL THE TRAVEL AGENCY LOOK INTO IT AND DO SOMETHING?

Booked online ticket through neetabus.In & ticket no.Ntt1884757 on 5th sept. 2011 from davangere to pune. Start time : 11.30 pm.
Payment done via credit card & transaction done on 2nd sept. 2011 for the amount of rs. 3000/-
I reached boarding point(vinayaka travels, opp. Ksrtc bus stand, davangere) at 11 pm, this travel was closed. I called a person,(who's contact I got through neeta's sms facility)on 9341355912, but it was not reachable till date.I even called neeta's office at hyderabad on 040-23800898, it was ringing but no one attended the call. In rain with my 6 months kid & wife, I was standing on street till 12.15 am. I enquired locals, they suggested me to make other arrangements, as online booking in neeta travel is nothing but fraud (no communication to bus driver or conductor on online booking & bus won't come inside city, would pass via byepass).
I made own arrangements by paying rs.5000, as I have to reach pune in early morning.
I lost rs.8000 (rs. 3000 to neeta + rs. 5000 to alternative arrangment)
I suffered mental & physical strain & inconvience.
My kid fell ILL, due to long standing in open area.

What I should do ???
why these travel agenices treats customers for granted.

I travelled today by NEETA after 5 yrs. The last time I travelled by NEETA it took around 7 hrs to reach Pune from Mumbai. After that I started travelling by SHIVNERI as it mostly runs on time. Since I didn't got a ticket in Borivali-Pune Shivneri bus so I gathered courage and booked 2 tickets on Borivali-Pune Neeta bus. This time also the bus took 6+ hrs to reach WAKAD.

So now I've taken a pledge not to travel by NEETA anytime in future.

I was traveling in neeta volvo from mumbai to bangalore and all the other passengers had paid only 1500 rs but they took 2000rs from me. When i had a talk with them they told me they will refund it back but still no refund is made..
A big fraud company.
