I had taken a Kullu m****i tour package from the Getz Destinations Delhi and deposited Rs 14000/- in advance. But due to some personal reasons i had to cancel my trip. So, I intimated the travel agent to cancel the reservations and refund me my money after deducting nominal cancellation charges before approx 20 days of start of trip.
But the Travel Agent dint return single money and also didn't replied my mail, not picking phones when I asked them to refund my advance
