I have book a hotel from make my trip on 28july ,hotel book by 2star rating,but on checkin time no star rating performance is given/seen by us,even no receptionist,no waiter and no attended be find/seen that time. after calling his manager,no one be attended by 6pm.and hotel be under construction also.
i have book hotel lua nova for 30th,31st&1st aug.
the internet site makemytrip is being fraude with us, which is shown on site, is not given to the consumer and not have any complaint box .

please check this and solve my problem
