I had booked 2 tickets for Australia on Air Asia through Gsa Track India , Delhi in Sept 2010.
And couldnt travel on those tickets, I was told by Ms Kusum of Track India that since the tickets were non- refundable only the airport Tax would be refunded back and that too after contactinh Air Asia customer care. I did the same and the amount of Rs 10000 was refunded to track india on 30th Dec 2010 as confirmed by mail .
But the problem is that Track India is not giving me the money even after 3 months of my regular contacting them and now they do not even take my call.
wat can I do about the same.
