On 20/03/2010 I Booked a Honeymoon Package with Dhaval Tours (Thane Branch). The Product code is FIT-06. I Paid them 25,000 in advance for the package. Our tour was from 21/05/2010 and end date was 03/06/2010. They told me that the train tickets and every other details regarding the package they will provide me two days before our tour start date. But no one contacted us from their side til 20/05/2010 morning, losing hopes we contact them and asked them about our tour details and train tickets, since morning they were making false promise and saying me that i will get the tickets and other detials on 20/05/2010 by 7.00 pm. but no one turned up till 10.00pm, then finally at 11.00pm they told me that our train tickets are not booked. Image we did all the packing and booked the vehicle for station for morning. After that i spoke to around 10 people explaining them same problem every time. finally somehow they cancelled my packeage now these disgusiting people are not giving my money paid in advance back to me.

kindly assist with this situation they spoiled my honeymoon, daily i make them around 5 calls but no one is coming on the phone. appreciate your assistance on the above case.
