this is a complaint against hellow travels/one touch solutions [i] pvt.ltd., having its office in noida phase 2.

This company will promise you to give 5 star hotels for 2n/3d at rs.2999/=- as per the list of hotels given by them. When u will remit the money then they will demand rs.450-00 as processing fee and will never give u the hotels requested by u on one pretext or another.

Alternatively when you are under their clutches, you will have no option but to stay as per their hotels far off even from the third star hotels.

Till your departure they will not send you the hotel voucher. At the end either loose your money or go to the court for the recovery of paid up amount.
