Dear Sir,

Today I had booked one ticket for Ahmedabad-Jamanagar.
Details are as under:
Date of journey: 27.04.11 time: 6:15 AM
Date of booking: 26.04.11 time: 5:00 PM
Amt.: Rs. 400/-

Complaint:

As I had done wrong date selection, I tried to cancel the tickt. However, Online software do not allow cancellation. It is mentioned on ticket that cancellation can be done at 5% of ticket value before 8 hrs. of departure time.

I contacted Mr. PRAVIN OF PATEL TRAVELS.He has told that our policies have changed so I can't cancel the ticket now. I want refund at 95% of ticket value.
