This is in reference with Yatra Booking Reference number :RZ8BQE and Cancellation Id : RZ8BQE-CAN-12. I had booked W/L tickets from Trivandrum to Trichi for 04/01/2012. I had cancelled my waiting list tickets 31/12/2011. I am yet to receive any refunds to my savings account.

When I dropped an email to the team, they replied me that it takes 3-4 days to reflect in the net banking and asked me to check with the bank.. Its been now almost a month and I am yet to receive a refund. I keep checking my bank every single day

Whenever I email them they give me only reference nos and nothing else. They are smart enough not to keep a Customer Care no for rail bookings and the only option is to email them.

The reference nos I have been provided is 8047260, 8062512 and 7988653 with no concrete action being taken. This would be my last email as a request to you and after this I will go through legal proceedings and demand compensations of all my harassment, troubles and wastage of time and money due to yatra.com.
