[CaseID#10150753] of Redbus for cancellation of my ticket no. TD5578527827 from Delhi to Haridwar dated 9/4/11

I had booked the ticket from Delhi to Haridwar & canceled the same & per the customer care executive the refund of Rs. 630/- should been come to my a/c & I had forwarded my a/c detail to Redbus in writing through e-mail.

For the last 3 weeks I m following up for refund of my money & had spend more than 100 Rs to cal Red Bus costumer care / support line but nothing is happening.

This type of harassing behavior is not acceptable.

I have spoken to no of their executives start from Mr Mukarram , but nothing happening.
