This is Prakash here. I would like to bring to the notice to everyone that i have not recd my refund amount of Rs. 1742 from make my trip since more than a month. The ticket was cancelled on 1st of July. On checking with my bank, i came to know that no such amount was refunded to my account. The manager at my bank has checked several times with the main branch of the bank too.The helpline/customer care of make my trip are totally useless. They provide no help to customers. I ve been asked to wait till Monday. I am planning to file a case against make my trip who have only helped to make my trip to frustration and anger. I am no ordinary customer who would let go the money. I am going to fight for it and take care that this totally unprofessional company is going to get what it deserves. This clearly shows that make my trip only loots the money which are not refunded.
