I booked a flight on 17th Nov for date 21th Dec'11. I got the discounted fare. amount was are debited from my account.
than i recived a mail that your ticket has not been booked and you get refund on your account within 48 hours
I called in last week, they said you will get in 1-2 days.
for past 10 days i am continuously calling them and first they keep me on hold and after 30 min some Mr Darmendra comes and says server is down i will call back later ....
Travel chacha is totally fraud website. It should have to closed down. These people was farud. Never book any ticket from there website.
