The excutive Mr. Vikas Jain was the person from whom I took The package. and gave me false assurances that I would be able to utilise my package anytime during the year. athis package was taken by me in April"10. I had decided o use my package In 2nd week of November'10. for going to Goa. I was told I can easily get the bookings. I has got these assurances in the month of August'10 that I would get any of the hotels mentioned in their list for Goa. But now these people Mr.Rahul, Mr.abhisek, Niss. Dia or Ms.priya, javed all hase given false proimises for he booking. NOw I am am literally fighting for my bookings, and not a single ecective has reverted back to us or either mailed inpsite of our several mails.
Please do not take packages from these people as they are frauds. I would requst Consumer grievences section to take strict action against this Relgare one touch solutions, noida. strict action should be also taken on these execuitves who have duped us. WE want our money back Rs.7000/-+Rs.750/-.

Yr commitment stands more than money i.e. trust.

hmmm quite a propmt response from religare considering it a big corporate house i didnt think it would respond. happy holiday this falls before bakrid toov enjoy dude. be sure to go for a bike ride and enjoy the sea food at 3am trust me the sea food there is awesom though you dont get booze after 12 midnight. there are always ways to get it.

i also have problem with same dish tv I contacted the person at customer care but he did not respond to the problem properly. he did not listen to me completely.

In April 2010 - Religare lured me to purchase their travel plan for 8D/7N.
When I had made it apt that I can travel only if they have a plan for 4 adults, the forged me to buy 2 such plans (Rs 14000 in all) claiming stay in 2/5 star hotels in any of the locations across India/world.

In Dec 2010 - I have sent both the forms as required for travel stay in Rajasthan.
Surprisingly now they claim that they never promised that I could avail both these packages together. They even claim that they have recorded conversations that no such promised were made.
When I requested that I had to hear those conversations - NO REPLY.
None of the telephone numbers work. By chance if they do, if they promise a call back - THEY NEVER DO.
The resort list in their website - they claim is not updated.
Everything that they claim now looks like a fraud.
Now I plan to go the legal way to get this fraudelent activities straight.
They seem to lure customers by making promises which they dont guarantee any fulfillment.

I have been offered for a vacation trip to any where in this world in there resorts in just rs 7000/- only.i paid through credit card & got a form no.6615, booking id 2010081051.I sent this form mentioning the resort details to onetouch solution with a demand draft of Rs.750 & they got the form on 27/01/2011.It was written in the form that they will provide the confirmation letter within 10 days.but till now i haven't received any details regarding this & the call centre people are not responding to this.they are like not interested in this. I had taken the package from Religare One touch solutions for Rs.7000 in then name of Mr. vaibhav Bhandari in May2010. I have submitted the filled form with 3 dates and destinations with a DD of Rs.750 in January. On your site its mention that after receiving the DD you will get in touch with us in 10 days. but no response or confirmation from your side till March and my planned vacation is in April.
I have tried calling you 100 times but you number 0120-6797171 and 0120-3397171 says that all customer staff is busy call later.
I have put my request also twice on your site but again no response. i am highly dissatified
I think with such a big brand religare you people seems to be fraud.Now incase you dont call me .I will publish your this fraud in Times of india and all the leading newspapers and request Consumer grievences section to take strict action against Religare one touch solutions, noida and also on your executives who have druped us.

I had made a payment of Rs 7000/- by credit card on 12-02-2010 against tour package offer ( 7 nights/ 8days) made over phone from RELIGARE.The booking reference No is 999000157. While I have already placed a requisition for booking my holiday in Dec 2010 aafetr payment of another Rs 750 by demand draft, no confirmation has been received for the suggested dates. I have been trying to contact the booking section again for a revised booking date on Tel 01203397171 & 01203397172 time and again but the call is dropped with a message " all the lines are busy". No effort is made by religare to make a return call.

It seems to me that Relgare/ 1 touch solutions is not interested in fulfilling the obligation of following up with the customer for finalisation of the dates and hence it is requested to refund the money to my account under intimation. This is a fraudulent attitude of such a big organisation like Religare.

Since Religare has failed to fulfill its obligation and made a frauduent offer over the phone , it is requested that the money be refunded immediately failing which I wll be forced to go to the consumer forum.

I have bought the Religare Travel- Perfect Gateway- 1 touch solutions package

Due to incomplete information provided by them I have asked for the refund of my amount.
which is agreed by them to pay me.
From January onwards I am waiting for the refund of Rs.7750/- from religare one touch Sol.

On asking of refund cheque status, I have got the same answer that the process is going on and will send the cheque soon.
But till date I have not received it.

Still I am hopeful that the Religare/OTs people will sort out the issue immediately without further delay. If my holiday package is not confirmed in advance, I won't be in a position to avail it in this summer during the holiday of my children.

My Whirlpool washing machine is still in warranty. It has been giving me problem ever since I bought it. However, despite the machine being in warranty, the service centre rep says that machine has to go to Service centre for chemical wash for which I have to pay.
There no response from the Whirlpool Call Centre. Mr Anil who is the branch manager, very rude and does not wish to talk on phone. I have already registered numerous complaints with Whirlpool Call centre. There is no other contact number where I can speak to Whirlpool Head office. The tele number of Head Office is always unattended.
I wish to take the case with Consumer Court in NOIDA but I do not know where it is and how to register the complaint.
