    Default Religare Travel- Perfect Gateway- 1 touch solutions

    In April 2010 - Religare lured me to purchase their travel plan for 8D/7N.
    When I had made it apt that I can travel only if they have a plan for 4 adults, the forged me to buy 2 such plans (Rs 14000 in all) claiming stay in 2/5 star hotels in any of the locations across India/world.

    In Dec 2010 - I have sent both the forms as required for travel stay in Rajasthan.
    Surprisingly now they claim that they never promised that I could avail both these packages together. They even claim that they have recorded conversations that no such promised were made.
    When I requested that I had to hear those conversations - NO REPLY.
    None of the telephone numbers work. By chance if they do, if they promise a call back - THEY NEVER DO.
    The resort list in their website - they claim is not updated.
    Everything that they claim now looks like a fraud.
    Now I plan to go the legal way to get this fraudelent activities straight.
    They seem to lure customers by making promises which they dont guarantee any fulfillment.

    Exclamation Religare 1touchsolutions Perfect Getaway SCAM!!!

    Dear Reader,
    I have taken 2 packages of Religare 1touchsolutions Perfect Getaway package of 7D/8N.
    My membership number is 2010061574. I have paid even the 750 DD.
    This company is scamming people by selling 2 packages and not responding to us for redemption.
    I am sick of mailing these people about my booking. I sent them the courier of 750 with my destination request but i did not get any response.
    After checking with the courier company that they had recieved the courier 3 weeks back so i emailed them.
    All i used to get from them is 'please wait for 24 working hrs' and now I have stopped getting a responce from them. If its taking time they can at least call. but I think that my 7K + 7K +750 has gone for a toss and i arnt getting it back.

    Luckily my cousin is a City Judge in the consumer court and I have taken his advice as with me are the 18 people that I refered this scheme to directly and indirectly and he has put me onto a lawyer in Delhi and I am talking to him. I will be travelling next week but before I go I will make sure that 1touchsolutions stops their operations in India of scamming people.

    THIS IS FOR ALL:

    People who have faced similar problem please get in touch with me. Your names will come on the complaint in the court. This matter is easily doable as for advantage of me knowing the judge. Please reply if you have to.

    Hi,

    I too was lured by Religare 1touchsolutions. I paid Rs.7000 las year jun for 7 days holiday package. Now i tried to fix the date for a holiday and found the phone number is not working and the company website is also not responding to mail. Then I found it as a fraud.

    Now I am trying to connect with religare and not sure if I will get the money back.

    Any idea to recover the money pls.

    I have taken 3 packages of Religare 1touchsolutions Perfect Getaway package of 7D/8N.
    My membership number is 999001015. I had sent the voucher in the month of dec 2010 for redemption in the month of april 2011. they had told me when i called the process cannot be made this early they need only 45-60days gap from the redemption request made. so when i call them in the month of jan,
    I am told now that the voucher is getting expired in the month of 29th march 2011. if such is the case then how did they the encash my DD for Rs.750/- which was sent for the processing.
    but to my surprise there is no mention of the expiry date on the voucher sent to me and when I purchased the voucher i clearly had asked him to send the voucher in the month of april 2010, so as to cover the one year validity period till april 2011, he had clearly accepted this, he gave his no. to contact him if there was any problem.
    now they say there was no such conversation recorded, when i mail them to make me hear to that conversation they have not bothered to response to this, and they have given the nos 0120 4188560 and 0120 3397171, none of them they pick up, they have recorded a message which says all the channels are busy please try after some time.
    I need to go the consumer court, please let me know the procedure.

    Same is true with me. My religare Booking id:201010232214. I took membership for a year. These people never get back to me on my resort booking request. I got 1 learning at the cost of 7750 that anything which looks lucarative, never fall in trap.
    Sameer, please include me in your list to take these scamsters into court.

    This is Dakshesh Shah my booking id no is 201009221230. I took membership & applied for Munnar holiday package but this people do not respond to my emails & also my calls. Then due to my efforts they told me they can provide me ayur country hotel in a economy delux room the cost of which is a mere Rs 1000 per night inclusive of taxes. these people are just takeing money by saying good hotels will be given but they do not give it, they are just fooling people.

    Same is the case with me. My membership no is 999000905. The religare people is not picking up my phone, i am trying their no. for last 3 months. Nw i realised it a total scam. Sameer please add me to your list. I am with you. Hope some legal action will soon be taken against them.

    I have also been facing a similar situation. My booking ID is 999003978. I sent all documents including booking form and DD of Rs. 750 by DTDC courier on April 15th with travel dates one month from April 15th.

    After 15 days I followed them up asking them for the booking confirmation and then they informed me that they havent received the documents at all and that I was supposed to send by ordinary post since the address is post box number. And since my membership is expiring on June 3rd and today is already May 2nd, the one month required gap from the day they receive the booking to the travel dates is not there and so it is rejected. What do they mean it is rejected? This is absurd.

    The courier people have confirmed to me that it is delivered on April 16th itself and they will be giving me the DRS (proof of delivery) within 24 hours. Now what is the guarantee that if I had sent by ordinary post that they would have confirmed receiving it. They would have given the same excuse saying that they have not received it.

    This all seems to be well coordinated and concerted effort to cheat people. I only took this package because Religare was involved. This was a rude shock for me. Please let me know how to go about in addressing this issue. I would appreciate if some action could be taken and this is addressed. Sameer, please also take my name with regard to the complaint in the court. I also plan to start a chain email and mass sms campaign to warn other people who might get lured into this without knowing what they are getting into.

    Default Religare : Actually got the Holiday much to our surprise

    Hello Everybody ,

    I had also taken the Religare holiday through some reference , but surprisingly after tons and tons of calls and mails I actually got my holiday and it went very well. By No means its 4 star but a nice place nevretheless , its a lot of frustration to get through to them.

    Having read so many feedback about Religare online , I was sure that if they don't give me what they promised I will fight it back so I had drafted my mails in a series which would help me incase I dont get the said Holiday.

    Interacted with a person called Rahul who was very helpful.

    Religare is really not Real brand they keep on cheating with thier customer, they have also revised the brokerage todouble without intimation and confirming from me both cases are unsolved from Religare.

    Pls look into my following mail. I am following up with religare/1TouchSolutions from last 16 days now and still there is no response. They have sent me a mail twice stating that there is some techincal error, but post that no one is contactable. None of there phone numbers are reachable. And they have stopped responding on email also.

    I am sure looking into the chain of complaints that it is a BIG FRAUD by the owners of the company. I also want to contact Mr Sunil Godhwani and Mr Shachindra Nath who are the CEO/senior officials of the company and I just wanna ask them why they have done this fraud ? Can anybody help me in getting there contact number or email ID ?

    That lady DIYA who claimed that RELIGARE brand cannot play with its name is now no where. And none of the Religare Customer Care number provided on there site is not working. Either you end up with an executive who does not anything about solving your issue or the number disconnects after a long auto voice console.     Default perfect getaways

    Hi,

    I had booked two packages bearing membership Ids 201011022657 and 20101102265.

    I am trying to call and book my trip for last many months but there is no response. I advise that immediately one of your representatives call me and arrange for my trip or else I will be forced to file a consumer complaint.
