Hello,
I had received a call from Religare Travels through 1touchsolutions for travel package, on Nov 29, where they offered a "Happy Hour" deal.
At the end I bought package from them, but the written kit which i received was at quite a difference to what was being promised on phone. I had sent a mail to religare but even after 15 days or more there is no reply from their side eventhough they say that they would get back in 48 hours. I have even called them up 2-3 times without any effect.
I am considering action against them in Consumer court to cancel the deal and get refund. Any advice on how to do that would be helpful
With the kind of service, I am not so eager to continue with this.

I would advice others as well to be vary about Religare Travels.

They have taken Rs.14,000 from me for 2 Booking Ids and now they are not replying to my email and their phone nos are not reachable at any time of the day.

It is a fake company in the following name.

I have Purchased Reliagre holiday package,
I have done payment via creditcard - online,

after that payment I have received only one Black and White letter, mentioning that thank you for choosing us holiday partner,

after that i have done so many communication on given email ID for my Addidas Bag which is free in this offer but yet not received that.

I want to book holiday but they (Religare People) are not responding on mail as well as phone,

what to do in this situation,
