Dear Sir,

I have booked teh ticket for jourany date 12/08/2011 for Pune to Akola on 19/07/2011 for the fare of 500. Online booking was done by Travelyarr.com. When the same booking I have confirmed with the local bus operator on 05/08/2011, then he said your booking is not avaialable for said date. Then I contacted the Travelyarr team to get the confirmation about the same. They have discuss the same with local operator(Shiv Travels , Pune). The local operator told that the bus in which I have booked the ticket is cancelled and new booking rate is 1200 for the same.

Can I file the complaint against both the local operator and online booking agent?
