Hi,

I am a one of the traveler in bus root Sivakasi to Chennai of parveen travels.

Yesterday 06-Feb-2012 we started (mother and me) from sivakasi to chennai. we booked a tickets until chennai.

My mother has to get down in villupuram for an unexpected situation so we requested travel associate in sivakasi itself for dropping my mother in villupuram through phone (9840962117)

He was also informed the driver to drop my mother in villupuram junction by that time the accepted the word.

But the driver is dropped us near vikravanddi toll plaza. It was a distance of nearly 13 kms from villupuram,

And he is telling that go and catch a other root bus to villupuram we are not entered in villupuram it is just a 5 kms.

This is happen in midnight at 2.32am on 07-feb-2012 it was very hurting to us even if it is happened in daytime we can manage it but in time of night we are helpless

This is a very irresponsible thing i ever seen in any travels.

you should take a necessary action on in this issue.
