We purchased a package for 3days/2night at Sitara International,M****i from Spring Holidays, B-94, 2nd Floor, Lajpat Nagar Part-I, New Delhi : 110 024(India), Phone No: +91-11-29840773, 74, 29841046, 4656261, Fax: +91-11-29841043

. They claim this hotel as 3 star. But these three stars stands for 1. Poor Services, 2. Unmannered Staff and 3. Worst Food.

Secondly we also booked our transfer tickets from M****i to Delhi through Spring Holidays and they assured us that a good condition Volvo will be provided but they booked us in Kaushik Travels Volvo, which undoubted is the worst Volvo running on Delhi-M****i route. There is no single seat in that bus which is in proper shape and condition. This is the only Volvo Service which does not provide even the water bottels. The staff is very ill behaved, and if someone complaints to them about any problem they reply very arrogantly that if you are not comfortable you can leave the bus and no money will be refunded.

On the top of all this the Bus stopped for taking the diesel at Mid-way but could not be started again for next three hours as the bus battery was not working. We suffered alot on this tour, would request everyone not to take any services from these tour operators and travel agents.
