Dear Sir/madam,

I had taken a jaipur Tour at Chowki Dhani for two nights three days ( 30/12/2011 to 01/12/2012) through chaitanya international Travels.
I had paid all the amount on 10/12/2011 and they had issued a vocher to me on 15/12/2011 vide confirmation No.18511
When i reached at Jaipur with my family on 30/12/2011 and I was shoked there is no booking at my name. They have cheat me and after that when I talk to spring travels they have arange one night and after that on 31/12/2011, Chowki Dhani staff force to vacant room and after all I have to vacant room and I have no option to come back delhi.
I have given three mails to spring travels and chaitanya international , not positive response till today. Now, I want to consumer court through you, for cheating and harrasment. Spring Travels and chaitanya international is a cheater company, they have provide any room after taking full money, so take legal action against spring Travels pvt. Ltd and chaitanya international.
