This is V.Prakash. My SETC online user Id: prasha887. I booked SETC-UD bus ticket in online through SETC website on 01/12/2011 from Chennai to Trichy (Travel date: 02/12/2011). At First attempt ticket didnt booked,but money was debited from my account.then i booked again for my ticket. Till now my money Rs.532 was not refunded.Kindly take a necessary action.
