I booked ticket for my husband to travel from Salem to Chennai in Sri Vijayalakshmi travels in online(Sri Vijayalakshmi Travels :: OBS) on 20-May-2011 afternoon 12.12 p.m to travel on 21-May-2011 night 10P.M. PNR no: SVLB5KX25897. The ticket is confirmed and the amount for the ticket also deducted from my credit card account Ref No 74568221142380051700074 by ticketgoose.com/ccavenue.After booking the ticket on 2oth evening itself I came to know that my husband trip is cancelled. So I called the SVL travels phone numbers which is available in tickets 0427-2331241, they said online tickets can not be cancelled eventhough i checked in online cancellation notice says "Above 1 day departure time, cancellation deduction id 10% per transaction". Then the person in SVL travels gave his owner no. 9442552121. He also said its not possible.after calling them I tried to cancel the ticket online, but I could not. Then i contacted ticketgoose.com. They said they can give 50% refund with mercy. But I didnot get that 50% money also back.
