Sirs, I was cheated by one Mr.Shyam Narain, tajflights@yahoo.com, purported to be travel agent for National & Intl. flights with Rs.88,000 taken from me but not provided
with etkts from the last 3 months, replying that he will refund money, but just to
pass on time. I submitted my complaints to cyber crime Investigation Cells Mumbai
Delhi and Hyd. but no response. CAN YOU KINDLY HELP ME TO GET BACK MY

Sub: Cyber Crime - tajflights.com, Mumbai/Delhi .. - Cheating on Internet by
Mr. Shyam Narain Cell Phone Nos.09870488150 Mumbai BPL and
09920567704 Vodafone - Non-Booking of flights on Lufthansa/
British Airways after payment on 23/10/2010.

Request for investigation and help me, also avoiding further cheating
of public.

Dear Sir,

One Mr. Shyam Narain, based in Mumbai / Delhi is cheating the public with his
advertisement in web site to provide domestic and international services etc.

Having seen his ads, I contacted him to arrange flight tkts from Hyd - San Fransiscco -
Hyd for2 persons (self 66 and wife 63 yrs) for which he advised me to remit
Rs.88,000 for 2 persons to and fro for Lufthansa Airlines travel dates
10/11/2010 return 11/11/2011. Accordingly I remitted to his account in
union bank of india br. serilingampally, hyd. ON 23/10/2010 account name
transworld tours & travels
account no. 318501010243125

Later on, my follow up and his assurances started both in mails and over phone
and he assured for our travel dates confirmed for 19/11/2010,later hands off
stating that the fares for Lufthansa Rs.58,500 and Rs.55,500 for British
Airways, I immediately accepted for British Airways and to make differential
payment within an hour after receipt of etkts from him for which okayed
and assured to send on Wednesday 17/11/2010. I waited Wednesday thursdays;,
started telephoning from wednesday evening onwards, the phone is switched off,
sent many mails, no response. 2 times I got the phone connected but it went
to 09870488120 receiver at Mumbai told it diverted to this 120. i dont know how.

So, I felt he cheated me making a cyber crime creating false websites,and
false declarations in SHERYNA.IN online market place,, utilising yahoo account for
false business purposes, and submitted my complaint to Cyber Crime Investigation
Cells, Mumbai, Delhi & Hyd. for investigation and help me and also help the public at large in view of not becoming prey for his cheating.

I submit the following details of shyam narain :

1. There is no web site existing by name Under Construction as
mentioned by him in his ad.

2. There is a website created by him making false assuranes with cheaper fares,
luring the public and later evading them without response to mail',
switching off the phone.

Taj Tours and Travels - Air tickets, Passport and Visa assistance, Hotel bookings and travel planning from Mumbai, Delhi and Jabalpur.

Kindly arrange to delete these ads in the web so that people are not deceived.

3. There is no bonafide address provided by him for his office to contact,
moreso, no landline phone provided, so that public can be cheated easily.

I understood that it is a one man show by shyam narain purported to be
agent for airlines ticketing, having a cell phone, yahoo ID for doing business,
and computer with internet that too taflights@yahoo.com ID.

I intend that further many people should not become prey
for his ill and vested deeds.

I also request your goodself to kindly get freezed his account with union bank
of india,so that atleast we can recover if any amount left over.

Kindly help me.to get back my amount paid to this travel agent. .
