This is regarding the "Thakur Tour & Travel, Shop No-201, Dharma Cloth Mkt. Atta Mkt, Sector-27,NOIDA".
My office services booked a cab for me from "Thakur Tour & Travel" with source destination was Software Tech Park- Noida 127 and Destination was Khanpur. Their cab was not in a good condition (A/C not working) and they charged me 550 Rs without any bill (more than meru cabs as I rented a meru cab from my home khanpur to my office with cosr 505 Rs), the person Ashok Misbehave with me and told me that they have no policy regarding rent etc and when i asked them for a bill he told me that it needs more money.
Please suggest what I can do againt this THIEF travel company so that they can never repeat the same thing with other customer.
