As per tha advt. which appeared in the leading daily'Malayala Manorama'2010, inviting car rentals by Mr .Antony of Tirumala cabs , Kaloor Towers, Kaloor, Cochin -17, I contacted the person for renting out my 7 seater vehicle Tata Sumo Grande No.KL 45 C 247 on telephone no. 9746472201 and agreed on mutual terms for weekly payment. My vehicle started running for his clients in Ernakulam and Alleppey dist. for 10 days and 900 km for a bill of Rs.12500/-.
After 10 days, I demanded payment due for my vehicle, he started making excuses one after the other . Till now he did not deposit any money in bank account and is not attending any telephonic calls and unavailable.He is cheating taxi owners in Ernakulam dist. by non payment after promising to pay weekly .With my driver and diesel, my vehicle ran for his clients continuously from 23 rd October 2010 till 3rd Nov.2010 for over 900 kms.
