We have thomas cook travel agent in our company. Travel desk booked my reservation from US Hartford Bradley ( Flight MT4XPI) to Montreal, PQ. When i reached airport, i got to know you are supposed to have Canada visa if you need to land at Montreal. They have strict rules.. I had to miss my flight.. Thomas cook is completely responsible for this miss... I would never prefer anyone to go back to them.

Your name suggests you are an Indian and all Indians are supposed to have a visa prior to departure as Indians don't get a visa on Arrival at any Canadian Airport be it Qubec or otherwise... I wonder how the travel agent issued a ticket without seeing your visa.

Any way take this up with them when you get back and in the mean time I hope Holiday inn guys take good care of you... How is the weather down there?
