We booked two way ticket (to and fro) from Delhi to M****i from Travel Agent Kanav Asia. Below is the complete address for reference:

These guys are a very big fraud.

At the time of booking we asked them to confirm tickets in the front rows. They all agreed and confirmed the tickets in the front rows. All that was fake.

When we arrived to board the bus for the journey from Delhi to M****i, the gave lame excuses and gave all 4 seats in the back row. It was a very uncomfortable journey. Also, they did not treat us well. No one was ready to take the responsibility. I was disgusting.

The same thing happened on our way back to Delhi. All private travel agents are a big fraud in Delhi. Its a big money minting business with no ethical values. I would request all of you to book tickets only from government buses.
