Raj Travels World is at at S V P Road Mumbai 40007.I booked for my European Nano (9N/10D) Tour package on 27th March 2010 for tour Package starting on 22nd May 2010 by making full payment.The package was for self and my wife Mrs Urmila Thakur.Accordingly I planned leave but I was not informed the status of my tour till 18th may 2010 (4 days before planned contracted date).Later on I was informed on telephone that Raj will not send on contractual date or even up to the end of May 2010 .Then I asked for any date in July 2010, for the said tour, but Raj could not offer any date for July 2010.As raj could not meet his contractual obligation so I asked for full refund.As yet I could not get any reply on my refund request,Please advise what action I should take in this situation.
Myself and my wife both are Senior citizen and the paid packaged money involved is Rs 2.5 Lakh.I am residing at Navi Mumbai,Shanpada.If situation demand can I file my Grievances at DSCF Bandra East or Thane instead of South Mumbai Court?
