This complaint is regarding the inconvenience caused while I travelled from Chennai to Ernakulam.
I booked a bus ticket in kallada travels. On the way to my destination, the bus broke out TWO times.
I was charged for AC fare worth 1350 Rs and the condition of the bus was so pathetic.
We were not given the promised bus, in place of that some local bus was provided.
Because of this pathetic journey, I suffered a lot and couldnt attend the function that i wanted to attend..
The bus reached 7-8hrs late at Tamilnadu-kerala border and from that place I had to go by public transport and auto.
Therefore I request you to refund the money along with the compensation amount.
