I booked my 3days/4nights package to visit Nanital from a travel agent. As per the discussion with that travel agent he briefed me the details which includes to n fro tickets by AC volvo coach, Includes hotel stay with breakfast, includes boat ride and ropeway. But actual it was i receive only one side tickets, he promised me that hotel booking is confirmed so we can check-in the hotel. But when i reached Nanital it was shocking for me hotel manager told me that there was no booking in name of mine, i was mentally harassed by him. Now he is not giving my money back.
