I have booked my tickets online through travel cha cha.com. But i have still not received my tickets. Can someody please help me? They have been harassing me and their call centre representatives are very rude & do not answer any questions.

I agree Travelchacha is a big fraud.. If anyone is in delhi and cheated the please go to police station n file a complaint.

If you happen to use their services make sure that you don't have to make cancellations. I had to unfortunately cancel my flight tickets due to unavoidable reasons, but to my shock I am yet to get my refund though it has been more then a month since I cancelled my flight tickets.
At the time of cancellation they assure that it will take 20-25 working days to process the refund in their cancellation email and thereafter they will just dump you. Emails to them will only be replied to say that action will be taken, but no action will be taken. Their staffs Poonam, Puja, Nidhi, Jitentra Arya, Dharmendra will assure you via replies to your email that the matter will be looked into and that is the end of the story.
