This online travel company is a cheat.I had booked two tickets by Kingfisher airline through them from Lucknow to Mumbai for the date 1-8-2010. I had to cancel the booking for some reason . I received their reply by e-mail and following details for cancellation refund-
Order ID- ALDTKL
Total Amount Received - 6634/-
Cancellation Charges -750/- x 2
Travelchacha Service charges -250/- x 2
Refund Amount- 4634/-

Order No - 20950
However more than one month has passed but they have not refunded the amount. I have sent many e-mails and tried to contact them on phone but they do not respond to phone calls,they simply do not pick it up phone.
I have now decided to take futher action against them.

Yes it is right, TravelChaCha.com's service for flight booking was a bad experience and decided not to use the portal ever again. But on knowing that they have offered the cheapest fare once again, thought will give a try again. And this time to my surprise, I found the service was excellent and the people were found to be more professional and helpful.

You may try them now and you will find them different, much improved service along with the best price one can get.
