I booked my tickets through travelchacha.com as I was travelling from Dehradun to Delhi on 31st October 2011. But this flight got cancelled by Air India and the airline processed my full refund on 4th October...since then I am following up for my refund with Accounts Department of Travel Chacha...on 31st October travel chacha accounts department confirmed me that they've received the complete refund from airline and they will process refund by eod 31st October. Now since then i am fed up of calling travel chacha.com to know the status and everytime they say that by eod they will initiate the process. It's 3rd November and since last 4 days they are making fool of me. I am helpless as I am not located in Delhi otherwise I've screwed them up by visiting there office personally.
