as i have booked an spicejet flight ticket on 27 july for the travel date of 13 aug 2010 from online portal of Online India Travel Portal Cheap Air Tickets India Vacations. but till now i dint got any confirmation from the compnay and from last two days they stop receiving the phone call also.

for this booking what should i do , if i will make a fresh booking it cost around 6000/- but at the time of booking with travel chacha it was rs 3000 only. who is responsible for this loss and how i have to deal with travelchacha.com
