This mail is already sent to goibibo for correction ,but not received any answer

Dear Sir/ Madam
Please help, I have booked my ticket throughnet banking (ICICIbank) from ibibo just now for my patna-delhi-patna ticket. Rs. 5551/- is deducted from my account but i have not received my Ticket confirmation rather my money back in my account.
This is really an amazing things happening in booking through you ,that you will reply yes about my confimation booking after 24 hrs. Please clarify,
1. if i will get another ticket higher than this price who will go to absorb my loss.
2. If i am not having more money in my account ,how i am going to book my ticket from another source.
3. If i will not get ny ticket after this, waht will happend?

I request you to do neccesary help urgently.

Dear Customer,

As discussed with our customer service team today, we have not received any payment for your transaction and the ticket has not been booked. This may happen because of internet connection connectivity and/or server issues at different contact points like your internet service, Bank server, Goibibo server etc. Also, as this was a net banking transaction the updated status is confirmed after 24 hours from the bank to us. Hope this information helps!

Hi sir,

We booked ticket from delhi to dharamsala and again return ticket Dharamsal to Delhi.

But we have not received my booked seat on bus and they have forced to seat on very last back seat but we have booked ticket in the middle of bus. Also, we have not received any water and their behavior were very bad. I experience is very bad.

We do not offer Bus bookings and reservations. We request you to post the complaint has appropriate. We believe that the booking was done through some other portal regarding your BUS travel.
